Code check-in and check-out
Does any current version of Phire have the ability to check-in and check-out code or code sets from the developers (on a daily basis) which could be monitored and controlled by CM personnel in the different test environments?

The CM personnel can certainly monitor the status of outstanding change requests in terms of who is working on them, their progress through the workflow, to where they’ve been migrated, and what objects are included. On-line pages are the best way to investigate that because of the volume of data and the many ways you might want to search at any point in time. But certainly queries and reports exists as well, along with the option to create custom reports using the data being collected by Phire.
