Guidelines for Use
As a contributor to the Forum, you may post questions which will be moderated and published by the Phire Support team. You should see your question posted, or receive a response from Support within a day or so, and within normal support business hours. You may also comment without moderation on any existing posts.
Any posts or comments that are determined by Phire to violate the norms of decency and professionalism will be deleted without notice.
Posts or comments made by customers with a Support Service contract with Phire may be contacted by Support directly to offer further assistance in answer specific questions or resolving issues.
When registering as a user, please use a company email address. Please also go to the “Profile” link on the dashboard and update the profile to include your full name and company name. Users without this information may be removed without notice.
