How do you create forms in PHIRE?

    Thanks for the question. You must be referring to what we call “iForms”. There is a document delivered with the application that explains in detail – contact if you don’t have access to the reference documents.

    At its simplest, an iForm can be setup done through page 3 of the Domain Setup Wizard, section “iForms”. You choose from the set of available fields based your needs, provide a label and other properties such as “Required”, and save. At that point, the form will be available from the “iForms” tab in the either the Issue or CR component.

    To go further with iForm development, you can create a custom page opening up the possibility to control the overall appearance and placement of the fields. You can also associate an iForm with a step in the workflow, making it a required part of the business process being followed in the Change Requests. There at least one delivered iForm that you can look at as a guide or use as is.
